Description
This service enables the user who is not on campus to work on the NWU network as if being on campus with access to all services (e.g. HPC; KFS, Service Request Manager, and Classifieds ).
Cost
Free, except for costs incurred from the users' Internet Service Provider.

How to request this service
- Staff: Service available by default.
- Postgraduate Students: Contact your IT Service Desk at Mahikeng, Potchefstroom or Vanderbijlpark.
How to report a problem with the service
- Staff: Log a ticket or contact your IT Service Desk.
- Students: Contact your IT Service Desk.
