Lecturers can book support for teaching with Microsoft Teams for online or hybrid classes across all three NWU campuses. We assist with Teams Class scheduling, setup, and LMS integration to ensure smooth participation for online students.
In-Person Support:
CTL’s Educational AV Assistants are available to assist in Hybrid Enabled lecture venues on campus to ensure that the session is started correctly.
Remote Support:
Through remote monitoring, we confirm optimal audio, video, and content sharing. We also help manage lecture recordings via Panopto, which offers cloud storage, site integration, and advanced video features for easy student access on eFundi.
We also support fully online classes by assisting with the setup and monitoring thereof.
