Academic advisor

Overview

The Coordination Team liaises with all role-players and stakeholders, including study guide authors, faculty study guide coordinators and academic textbook suppliers.

The team coordinates the following:

  • activation of modules by faculty's dedicated study guide coordinators (SGCs)
  • desktop publishing of study guides and module overview documents (MOD)
  • publishing of signed-off study guides and MODs to the LMS
  • coordination of the academic textbook lists within the Textbook App

  • Login to eFundi with your username and password,
  • Navigate to the menu on your left-hand
  • Select Study Guides
  • A PowerApp will open with the repository
  • Type your module code
  • Click on the file in the Available Modules list
  • A PDF will open or download (depending on your settings), where you can either download or print the file.

If not available, please ask your lecturer.
