- We will also be introducing SLAs and feedback mechanisms through the implementation of an ITSM tool. This will occur once we finalize our investigation into a new platform. Your feedback will be crucial in this project.
- Standardization of services across our three campuses is another key focus. We want to ensure that no matter where you are, you receive the same high-quality service.
- Lastly, we are updating our job profiles using SFIA (Skills for the Information Age) to ensure we reskill ourselves at an international level. This will foster productivity and quality of work in our service delivery.
