CTL Student Support

Overview

CTL provides developmental academic support to help students access, engage with, and succeed in their studies.

Our services are designed to support students across the academic journey, from first year through to graduation, by strengthening study and learning skills, promoting self-directed learning, and offering targeted support at key points in the academic year.

Through academic advising, peer-led programmes, tutoring, workshops, and focused development initiatives, CTL helps students navigate university learning with greater clarity and confidence. Working in partnership with faculties and other support units, we help students build academic resilience and make informed decisions about their studies.

Whether you are adjusting to university for the first time, experiencing academic challenges, or looking to improve specific learning skills, this page will help you identify the right support at the right time.
