User Responsibilities
How to request this service
Wifi is accessible where wifi has been installed. Details of the coverage areas and installation guide can be found under Training Material.
- NWUWIFI: Automatically provided with Staff, Student and Guest registration.
- nwu-guest: The hosting department obtains the password from the IT Service Desk at Mahikeng, Potchefstroom or Vanderbijlpark and provides to the guest.
How to report a problem with the service
- Staff & Guests: Contact your IT Service Desk.
- Students: Contact your IT Service Desk.
