What is the size of my NWU Microsoft mailbox?

Every student has a primary mailbox with a storage capacity of 1 GB and an Online/In-Place archive mailbox with a capacity of 99 GB.

• In Outlook, the automatic archiving policy is applied to all mailboxes.  The automatic archiving policy is a process designed to help manage storage limitations by moving older email items to the Online or In-Place Archive mailbox. Here’s how this works:

  Any email older than 3 months will be automatically moved to the Online/In-place Archive mailbox. This reduces the load on your primary mailbox while ensuring the items are still accessible.

How do I access my NWU Microsoft mail?

If you don't have the Outlook client installed, you can also use the Webmail client to access your email online.  (When asked between Work/School and Personal account, choose Work/School account;  When asked between NWU Single Sign-on and Active directory, choose Active directory).
