- MS Word: Agendas, Exam papers, Letterheads, Minutes, Standard Documentation, etc.
- MS Excel: Multiple Choice.
- MS PowerPoint: For different presentations.

How to request this service
The templates can be accessed from:
- MS Office 365
To use an official NWU template, please make sure of the following settings
Training
Calendar:
Consult the IT Training Calendar.
How to register:
When you do the booking you must register. You will get a confirmation e-mail.
Cancellations:
On the confirmation e-mail, there is a cancellation option if you do not want to do the training anymore.
How to report a problem with the service
Log a ticket or contact your IT Service Desk.
