How to request this service

• Staff: Create a Service Billing in KFS with the following approver, depending on your campus.
  • Mahikeng - Justice Metswi (16475461)
  • Potchefstroom - Thys Snyman (11783737)
  • Vanderbijlpark - Shamla Naidoo (28238893)
  • Collect the cables from the IT Service Desk upon supplying your requisition.
• Students:
  • Mahikeng - Pay for the cables at the Finance Desk and present the receipt to the IT Service Desk for collection.
  • Potchefstroom - Purchased directly from the IT Service Desk.
  • Vanderbijlpark - Purchased directly from the IT Service Desk.

How to report a problem with the service

• Staff: Log a ticket or contact your IT Service Desk.
• Students: Contact your IT Service Desk.
