The below online form was created to allow for the NWU to assist you with guidance in the handling of staff and students who have tested positive for Covid-19, or individuals who came in contact with persons who have tested positive, and to ensure that national regulations are adhered to. In order to achieve that, the form should be your first port of call and should be completed and submitted without delay.

Once the form has been submitted, a dedicated group of health workers will immediately commence with the process of guiding you through all the necessary steps that need to be followed and also handle your enquiries. A registered sister from the Health Care Centre will from there on constantly liaise with you until a point is reached where you will be able to return to normality.

Very important is to take note that the form and necessary reporting needs to happen under all circumstances, whether you are actually on campus or not! The health and safety of our staff and students remain our primary goal and all measures put in place, are aimed at ensuring this.
