Free, except for costs incurred from the users' Service Provider (e.g. Vodacom, MTN or Cell C).

Service Targets

Exclusions: 

Support on this service is limited. The user is responsible for activating the service on the mobile device using the provided NWU procedure as guide.

Prerequisites: 

The mobile device must support Active Sync.

How to request this service: 
  1. Log a ticket or contact your IT Service Desk.
  2. After the IT Service Desk has activated the service you will receive a welcom email.
  3. Follow the steps in GroupWise on your mobile device.
