Costs for NWU Students:
- Free to see a Masters student
- R100 to see an intern psychologist per session. Being an intern simply means that the psychologist has completed their studies and is currently working under the supervision of a senior psychologist.
- R120 to see a senior registered psychologist per session
Costs for the public:
- R500 per session with a senior Psychologist
- R100 per session with an intern Psychologist

Until further notice the IPW will function as follows due to the COVID-19 Pandemic:
- All consultations will be conducted via zoom and not face to face
- The rates for NWU students:
- R120 per session with a senior Psychologist
- R100 per session with an intern Psychologist
- Masters student are not available
- ALL communication should be done via email
