Prerequisites: 

You will need an internet connection for most of the QuestionPro functionalities.

User Responsibilities

How to request this service: 

Staff:  Navigate to QuestionPro in your web browser, select QuestionPro and sign-in with your University number and email password.

If your email address does not contain nwu.ac.za your QuestionPro account will be cancelled.  (This is way to validate that the NWU's license is used correctly).

Study leaders can log a ticket on behalf of Post Graduate students to request the service. (Please provide the student's University number).

 

How to report a problem with the service: 

If you have problems with your QuestionPro login. Log a ticket or contact your IT Service Desk.
