NWU Museum
- At the NWU Records, Archives, and Museum, an extensive exhibition depicting the university's history from 1869 to 2003 has been set up. For Old Pukke, this exhibition offers a nostalgic journey of remembrance.
- The entrance to the Archives and Museum is located on the east side of the Ferdinand Postma Library (E7C), Potchefstroom Campus.
- A brief historical overview of the formation of the NWU in 2004, the amalgamation of the former University of North West (Mahikeng Campus), PU for CHE (Potchefstroom Campus) and the Vanderbijlpark campus can be viewed in the foyer.
- Exhibitions from 2004, when the university merged with the University of North West to form the NWU, are being planned on all three campuses.
POK Museum
- The POK Museum, located in Building C6, the original POK main building, showcases the history of the Potchefstroom College of Education from its founding in 1919 until its incorporation into the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education (PU for CHE) in 2000.
- The exhibition also provides a comprehensive overview of the history of the former PU for CHE, tracing its origins as a Theological School in Burgersdorp, Eastern Cape, in 1869, its development into University College in Potchefstroom in 1919, and its establishment as an independent university in 1951, culminating in its dissolution in 2003.
- This Museum is temporarily closed.
Burgersdorp Cultural Historical Museum
- This museum, originally located in the small Karoo town of Burgersdorp, the cradle of the former PU for CHE, was relocated and is now situated next to the Totius House on Molen Street, Potchefstroom.
- The exhibition in the small Theological School Building portrays the formative years of the Theological School from 1869 to 1904.
- It depicts the history of the Reformed Church and is aptly housed in the old Theological School building that was built in 1905 when this School moved to Potchefstroom from Burgersdorp.
