PUK Museum

This exhibition offers an overview of the history of the former Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education since its inception as Theological School in Burgersdorp in the Eastern Cape in 1869, it's later development as University College in Potchefstroom since 1919 and its evolution into an independent University in 1951, until the dissolution of the PU for CHE in 2003.

Burgersdorp Cultural Historical Museum

This exhibition is in the local museum in the small Karoo town of Burgersdorp, the cradle of the former PU for CHE. The exhibition in the small Theological School Building portrays the formative years of the Theological School from 1869 to 1904.

NWU exhibition

A brief historical overview of the formation of the NWU in 2004, the amalgamation of the former University of North West (Mahikeng Campus), PU for CHE (Potchefstroom Campus) and the Vanderbijlpark campus can be viewed in the foyer.

Future exibitions

Exhibitions from 2004, when the university merged with the University of North West to form the NWU, are being planned on all three campuses.
