Monthly statements

Studentfees & Debtors undertakes to dispatch debit statements of account with balances exceeding R100 monthly, and each 3rd month, credit statements of account with balances exceeding R100.

However, it remains the student’s responsibility to see to it that the necessary payments are made, and the fact that no statement of account has been received does not exempt you from paying your University fees.

For further enquiries in this respect, contact the staff at student accounts in the payment hall on the ground floor of the Joon van Rooy Building.

The North-West University takes no responsibility for sending account statements to incorrect addresses. The responsibility rests on the student to make enquiries if he/she does not receive statements of account.

Studentfees & Debtors therefore wishes to request you to update your contact particulars (addresses and telephone numbers) regularly to ensure that you do indeed receive all documentation.  

Electronic accounts can be extracted from the University’s web page by signing on at /content/account-enquiries , Then choosing Financial Enquiry, then Account enquiry and then Retrieve information
