If you are having trouble accessing your device (work computer) from home, please follow these steps carefully:
1) On the 1st login screen, it will mention "Log on to OES Network" - This is not what you want to do!
2) Select the "Log on to this computer" or "Computer Only Logon" option
3) We need to know if this is a multiclient or single client set-up
a) Single Client - will have a name directly below the username and password e.g p12345678 (with your staff number instead of the example)
b) Multi Client - will have a name directly below the username and password e.g F20-G12-Alg3 (a different building or room maybe)
