If you are having trouble accessing your device (work computer) from home, please follow these steps carefully:
1) On the 1st login screen, it will mention "Log on to OES Network" - This is not what you want to do!
2) Select the "Log on to this computer" or "Computer Only Logon" option
3) We need to know if this is a multiclient or single client set-up
a) Single Client - will have a name directly below the username and password e.g p12345678 (with your staff number instead of the example)

- Please use your NWU CAS credentials (same as with GroupWise or eFundi) to log in
- Username = NWU number
- Password = start with your current password and if that does not work use the one prior to the current, jumping back one by one until login is successful, as the password last synchronized with successful network login
b) Multi Client - will have a name directly below the username and password e.g F20-G12-Alg3 (a different building or room maybe)

- There is a default set of credentials to gain access to the local shared account
- Username = NWUuser
- Password = contact IT and ask for the Multiclient default password (only applicable if your device is set up for multiclient use which is not too common)
