User Responsibilities

How to request this service: 

Log a ticket providing the following information of the person who will be utilising the pin code:

  • Title, First Name, Initials and Surname.
  • NWU number.
  • Extension.
How to report a problem with the service: 

Log a ticket or contact your IT Service Desk.
