Service Targets

Prerequisites: 

Digital instruments may only be used on digital telephone sockets. 

Plugging a digital instrument into an analogue telephone socket will result in damage to the telephone system.

User Responsibilities

How to request this service: 

Create a Service Billing in KFS with the following approver depending on you campus.

  • Mahikeng - CM Pietersen.
  • Potchefstroom - Karien Jagals.
  • Vanderbijlpark - M Thobejane.

Collect the instruments and cables from your IT Service Desk upon supplying your requisition.

How to report a problem with the service: 

Mahikeng - log a ticket or contact your IT Service Desk.

Potchefstroom - for buildings B11, B11A, C1, C6, D1, E14, K21, K22, K23, N1 log a ticket. For all other buildings please call: X991102

Vanderbijlpark - log a ticket or contact your Campus IT Service Desk.
