Description: 

This service records the usage of the telephone system. The cost recovery system then generates detailed journals for cost recovery purposes. Detailed reports are also generated and emailed to every department.

Staff can receive a pin number to use the telephone system for official and personal purposes. At the end of the month the usage will automatically be deducted from the staff member’s salary.

    • Service class(es) choosing from (Internal calls, National calls, International calls, Local calls, Only using codes)
  • Pick Groups:

    Extension numbers that are to be part of or form the pick group.
