Share: A means to provide general enterprise content management services through a web user interface.
Users can create (using NWU style sheets), access, manage (with user assigned roles and permissions), store and preserve content from anywhere and at any time. Content is stored in campus specific order under the NWU Home space or in a private user space, called My Home.
The staff member, as owner of the content or coordinator of the space, remains responsible for facilitating access as well as instructions to non NWU workgroup members.
- Staff: Automatically provided with Staff registration.
- Guests: Requested through the hosting department.
