Our mission is to manage and optimize the effective utilization of facilities across multi-campus properties and estates.
The department will achieve its mission by:
- Instituting and maintaining applicable facility data for management and reporting purposes
- Co-ordinating the strategic spatial development plan of the University
- Managing and administering utility accounts
- Verifying utility usage by means of an utility verification system and contributing to energy management
- Providing signage and numbering for facilities
