Every company that wants to recruit graduates from the NWU needs to register at a nominal fee of R1 800 (excl. VAT) per year, which includes all the benefits below on all three our campuses (Mafikeng, Potchefstroom and Vaal Triangle):

Career Fairs 2020

Closing dates for Career Fairs registrations: May Career Fairs - 3 April 2020 July Career Fairs - 30 June 2020

One stand is 3 m x 3 m. Please specify how many stands per career fair.
The career fair cost includes the attendance of up to three representatives.
e.g. BCom 1st-year to 4th-year students.
Please note that the closing date for submission of artwork and company listings for the Career Guide is 6 March 2020

Terms and Conditions

1. All bookings to be completed online only. No email and or telephonic bookings will be accepted.
2. Previous invoices must be settled with the NWU Career Centre before taking up graduate services for the new cycle.
3. Once your booking/registration has been accepted, you will receive a quotation with services opted for. It is compulsory to Sign the quotation as an acknowledgement of services opted and debt accumulated and/or Provide a purchase order (PO) number for an invoice to be generated.
4. Once a quotation has been signed and or purchase order (PO) has been provided, an invoice will be generated. NO invoice will be cancelled and/or changed once generated. Please note that signing the quotation and/or providing a purchase order (PO) number serves as acceptance of services and costs incurred.
5. Under no exceptions whatsoever will services be rendered unless payment of invoice has been fully settled.
6. Payments need to be settled at least 7-21 days prior to the event, no exceptions will be made.
